These terms apply to services provided by Harare Washing Machine Repairs. By booking a callout, you agree to them. Please read them alongside the quote we give you.
Callouts and quotes
A callout fee applies to every visit and covers travel and diagnosis. After diagnosis, we give you a quote for the repair. No repair work is carried out without your approval. If you decline the quote, only the callout fee is payable.
Parts
We use genuine parts where available, or quality compatible parts. Where parts must be ordered, we may ask for a deposit. Replaced parts can be returned to you on request.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept Cash (USD), EcoCash, InnBucks, Bank transfer, Swipe.
Warranty
Our repairs carry a 3-month warranty on workmanship and on the parts we supply. The warranty does not cover faults unrelated to our repair, damage from power surges, misuse, accidental damage, or work done by others.
Access and safety
Please make sure the machine is accessible and someone over 18 is present during the visit. We may decline work where conditions are unsafe.
Liability
We take care in our work, but we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Zimbabwean consumer protection law.
