Many problems with new washing machines come from poor installation. Transit bolts left in place destroy bearings, a drain hose pushed too far down the standpipe causes siphoning, and an uneven floor makes the machine shake across the room.
We install new and relocated machines properly the first time, so your warranty stays valid and your machine runs as designed.

Low water pressure and water tanks
Many Harare homes rely on boreholes, storage tanks and booster pumps. Washing machines need a minimum water pressure to fill correctly. If your pressure is low, the machine may fill slowly or show a water supply error. We check your supply during installation and advise on simple fixes, such as tank height or a pressure pump.
