We aim for a same day or next working day visit across Harare, depending on bookings. Urgent problems such as leaks or a machine full of water are prioritised where possible.

Someone over 18 needs to be present to let the technician in, approve the quote and see the machine working at the end.

Yes. The callout fee covers travel and a full diagnosis. We confirm it when you book and always give you a quote before any repair work starts.

We accept Cash (USD), EcoCash, InnBucks, Bank transfer, Swipe. Payment is due when the job is complete.

Always. After diagnosis, we explain the fault and quote for parts and labour. Nothing is done without your approval.

We repair all major brands, including Samsung, LG, Bosch, Defy, Hisense, Whirlpool, Beko, Siemens, Haier, Midea, Electrolux, AEG, Kelvinator and more.

We use genuine manufacturer parts where available, and high-quality compatible parts where genuine parts are not available or not economical. We will tell you which we are fitting.

Yes. Our repairs come with a 3-month workmanship warranty on the work we carry out and the parts we supply.

Nearly all repairs are done at your home or business. Occasionally a board repair or major overhaul is done in the workshop, and we agree this with you first.
